SOFI: Recycled Fibres for Comfort and Insulation

What if textile waste could become the foundation for new products?

SOFI is a nonwoven material made from recycled textile fibres, developed for applications where softness, resilience and insulation are essential. Produced in Sweden, SOFI transforms discarded textiles into a durable material suitable for apparel, furniture and other comfort-focused applications.

The material has been developed as an alternative for applications such as jacket insulation, garment padding, furniture wrap foam and cushioning layers where both comfort and performance matter.

Why SOFI?

  • Made from recycled textile fibres

  • Soft and resilient structure

  • Thermal and cushioning performance

  • Suitable for apparel, furniture and interior applications

  • Produced in Sweden

Looking for pilot partners

We currently have material available and are looking for companies interested in testing SOFI in products, prototypes and pilot projects.

Whether you are developing insulated garments, furniture solutions or other applications where comfort and cushioning are important, we would love to explore the possibilities together.
