The Loop Factory at Techtextil Frankfurt: Circular economy innovation through scalable nonwoven materials

At Techtextil Frankfurt (April 22–24), we will present how circular economy innovation can move beyond theory, by turning textile waste into scalable nonwoven material solutions.

We work hands-on with recycling textile waste and upcycled textile streams, including wool and post-consumer textiles. These materials are transformed through nonwoven recycling processes into real applications such as snow cover and padding for furniture and apparel.

Our focus is simple: to make textile recycling work in practice, with materials that are tested, validated, and ready for industrial scale.

With increasing pressure from regulations such as ESPR textile waste requirements, the need for scalable, circular solutions is growing fast.
