Lic. degree in chemical engineering and has more than 20 years’ experience from the forest industry. When not at work, you will find her outdoors in her garden or on skis during the winter season.

Anna has more than 15 years background from forest industry, holding leading positions related to production, commercialisation & innovation. Anna holds a master of science in chemical engineering and environmental engagement has always been her scope. Anna is passionate in horses and off-piste skiing with friends.

She has 15 years of experience working in communication and marketing, and experience from various industries like banking, hotels, and real estate development. Elin likes to collaborate to achieve a good result. She is motivated by meaningful work where people, society, and the environment play a significant role. Free time is spent with family and friends and preferably in the forest or by the sea.

Maria is a creative problem solver with more than 20 years of experience within fibres. Her focus has been mainly processes and products involving cellulose fibres but now she works with all type of fibres. In her leisure time she is playing clarinet in a wind orchestra.

Annika is a textile engineer and has worked closely, both in theory and in practice, with the production process of nonwoven, specifically needlefelts. She has a skill in creative and problem-solving thinking, always looking for new ways of transforming unwanted to wanted! Free time is spent renovating an old and tired crew shed in a playful way.

Ludvig has a Master’s in Industrial Design Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, combined with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Uppsala University and Product Design Engineering. He started his career in carpentry at age 14 and has been building ever since—both with his hands and through design.

Roos has a Master of Science in Textile Engineering from the University of Borås. She moved from the Netherlands to Sweden in 2017 after finishing her fashion and management degree in Amsterdam. She is experienced in textile chemistry and wet processing and has a passion for finding sustainable solutions. Her secret skill is making a whiskey sour and she owns over 40 house plants.

Andreas has more than 25 years’ experience in Project-Develop management of industrial factories. Has more than 15 years’ experience in Cad design and construction for special machines and complete factory facilities. He comes from the Netherland, lived 14 years in Denmark and more than 15 years in Sweden. He Like to travel and look at technical solutions in his spare time.
