turn side streams into scalable materials and ACOUSTIC DESIGN products.
In this case, we used dry airlay technology and smart material design; textile side streams became mouldable, production-ready acoustic panels and lighting systems.
This case proves that waste can replace conventional acoustic materials and that circular ambition can move beyond idea into real implementation.
Acoustic Material Built for Real Production
This project was about making circular materials work in real production.
Using textile production offcuts from Swedish industry, we developed a clear, scalable process. The fibres were prepared, formed using airlay technology and stabilised through thermo-press moulding. The result is a circular nonwoven material with controlled density and reliable acoustic performance.
We designed the material to be mouldable, lightweight and easy to integrate into interior systems. Surface patterns and modular forms were created directly in the pressing stage, reducing extra steps and keeping production efficient.
The result is a recycled material designed into a production-ready acoustic solution built to perform and scale.

Solving the Side Stream Challenge in Industrial Production.
In many industrial companies, side streams are a natural part of production. They are stable, consistent and often technically strong, yet treated as industrial waste.
At the same time, new primary materials are sourced, disposal costs increase, and regulations demand traceability and circular material use.
Instead of treating side-streams as a disposal issue, we assess their technical potential and identify where they can create real product value. The focus on building a material solution that delivers value in an operational production environment.
The outcome is practical:
Reduce waste handling and disposal costs.
Improve material efficiency.
Create new product value from existing resources, without disrupting your core production.
Reduce Risk and Scale Circular Solutions from Your Side Streams.
Turning side streams into real products is complex. It requires technical understanding, production insight and a clear development structure.
We provide that structure.
Our process helps you:
Understand the real technical potential in your fibre-based side stream.
Identify viable product opportunities.
Test performance before committing to scale.
Prepare for pilot and industrial production.
We work within your production reality.
That means:
Solutions built around your volumes and limitations.
Reduced development risk.
Faster validation.
A clear path from waste to market-ready product.
You do not need to build new internal R&D capacity.
You gain a partner who takes the idea from assessment to production.
