In our prototyping lab we mechanically recycle used textiles and fibre-based materials, transforming these fibres into nonwoven materials using techniques such as airlay, carding, needle-punch, and thermal bonding. We adjust density, stiffness, and appearance based on the requirements of each application.

We develop materials and produce on a pilot scale, making it easy to iterate and prototype for industrial use. We design every step with circularity and production feasibility in mind.
